The Sec-56 telephone number is 0124-4237701. Their Lab is actually located in Sec-14, but the reports can be collected in either place (You need to tell them before). They collect a nominal of Rs.50/= for home sample collection, but its worth it. Also Apollo Clinc sells their Healthedge card for Rs.600/= which will give u 20% discount on lab test costs.
