I have had an experience with Ranbaxy labs around 2 years ago( or may be more than that), and though the tests were okay, what I really didn't like was the fact that even though I could get the samples collected from home, I'll still need to go to their centres for collecting the reports, which could not be convenient always. I don't know how's that handled now.

I now get my tests done with Metropolis (www.metropolisindia.com). They come at the time that suits you, and send the reports by courier (free of charge), and/ or if you prefer, on your email. If the test that you are asking for is for 500/- or more, they do not have any home collection fees, else they charge 50/- for that. Their number in Gurgaon is 0124-4013830/ 4013823.

And I find them less expensive than Ranbaxy anyhow.

Hope that helps
